- If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Your membership in the shinycareer.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
- If you reschedule or cancel services (other than registration fees (Membership Fee) as mentioned above) purchased by you, not later than 24 hour of purchase of service, a nominal deduction (50%) shall be made and balance amount shall be refunded.
- If you reschedule or cancel services purchased by you, after 24 hours (including the day of purchase of service) no refund shall be made until and unless it is proved that you have not been served for what you have made payment.
- In case of multiple payments for a single product, you are requested to bring the same to our notice. After your notification we will be able to refund the extra amount within 7 to 15 days on a case to case basis. The same needs to be brought to our notice within 7 days of the transaction, after which we will not be able to refund the same.

In case, you want refund after 24 hours of purchase of services, then the refund shall be made as per our grievance policy on grievance redressed.
