Job Description

Warehouse and CFA Maintenance:

• Responsible for managing warehouses as per SOP.
• Ensure space utilization on optimum levels.
• Prepare and submit monthly expense bills.
• Training the Staff at Warehouse on new process and training for New Staff.
• Taking care of Recruitment for Warehouse staffs.
• Ensure Proper Scanning of ROC Products as per SOP.

Inventory :

• Conduct Cycle Count and ensure the activity is carried out at all locations.
• Reduction in handling damage while receiving the stocks.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Regularly highlighting on non-moving and slow moving article to RO.
• Storage plan to maximize space availability in the warehouse.
• Reconciliation for GRN and Outward documents
• Analyzing and sharing the report for Near Expiry and slow-moving items for faster liquidation.

Transportation:

• Co-ordination with Vendor for Stock Inwards and Stock Outwards.
• Verifying the Documents from Transporters before Stock Inward and Outward
• Notifying to RO Team for all the Damages and Discrepancies while receiving the inventory and mention the Discrepancies in Transporter LR Copy.
• Ensure that Transportation Invoices are examined and submitted to RO as per Schedule.
• Ensure Transportation Vendor Invoice has raised as per Agreement.

Statutory:

• Renewal of warehouse Statutory Licenses on Time.
• Should Have Knowledge of all the Licenses like Trade, FSSAI, Shops and Establishment and other Warehouse Licenses.
• Co-ordinate with Govt Officials for License Renewal

Preferred candidate profile

• Warehouse Operations-Knowledge of Warehouse Operations and Manpower Management.
• Process Improvement-Understand the Process and Drive Process Improvement with Warehouse Staff
• Relationship Management: - Should Have Good Relationship with Transporters, Warehouse Staff, LMD Courier Team.
• Inventory Management: - Should Have Knowledge in Inventory Management, Perpetual Inventory and Cycle Count
• Problem Solving Skills: - Should Have Problem Solving Skills and Leadership Qualities to lead the Warehouse Team.
