• Industry: Exposure to direct sales role with expertise in Tele sales and banking.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years
• Exposure and understanding of processes, applications, and systems.

• Age- Up to 40 Years
• Well versed in M.S. Office- Excel, Advance Formulas, PPT, Word, MIS Dashboard, Data Analytics.

Job Description

• Publication of MIS on Regular Frequency
• The resource is responsible for ensuring the daily/weekly/monthly reports are published to management.
• Produce analysis and various subsets to drive the efficacy and efficiency of the channel.
• Be able to produce the data when required for management presentation.
• Create masters at product / region / role levels for data analysis
• The objective of the role of Officer Ops & MIS is to provide support on various functions of the channel management.
• To support and provide data on human resource management, management reporting on business achievements, productivity.
• Develop and publish reports on process controls, exceptions, to improve on the business efficiency and effectiveness.
• The incumbent is responsible query management and complaint resolution.
• The role demands high quality of communication skills, performance & business understanding by the incumbent
• Report Generation & data collation
• Analytics & Maintenance of historic data.
• Productivity Management
• Internal Stakeholder Query Management
