Exp - 6 to 12 years

Education - BBA/B.Com/MBA/M.Com

1. Excellent communication skill [Mandatory] with deep tax domain knowledge is a prerequisite- ONLY BELGUIM/FRANCE/GERMANY TAXATION.
2. Proven work experience as a Tax Manager preferably in BPO with excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
3. Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships. Building relationships and interacting with clients/stakeholders across multiple geographies is important role and responsibility.
4. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices. Manage and coordinate tax audits. Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
5. Liaise and handle escalation calls and emails from business stakeholders across multiple countries. Will be the 1st point of escalation
6. Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals. Assist team in Day-to-day work along with mentoring/upskilling and bridging the knowledge gaps.
7. Excellent Knowledge of direct tax, Indirect tax, Corporate income tax, withholding tax, journals, differed tax, rectifications, GL to VAT rec, Bank reconciliations, tax payments, Compliance timelines etc
8. Coordinate with international professional services networks and Big Four Accounting organization for compliance submission for multiple countries. Liaise with other accounting departments as per the need.
9. Review teams day-to-day activities including but not limited to Account Reconciliation, Journal Entries, reports, Audit requests, analysis and other requests.
10. Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis in accordance to the deadline.
11. Ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements (SLA)
12. Review of Month End Journal entries.
13. Review of Month End Close activities
14. Review and improvement of Balance Sheet reconciliation
15. Experienced Accounting knowledge (with closing and reporting experience)
