Job description:
- Experience in Banking operations
- Experience in card Operations, credit card disputes
- Reponsible for timely processing and downloading of settlement files for Visa/mastercard
- Complete tasks related to data entry, following up on requests, complaint management, reviewing credit report, researching the system and correcting the credit bureaus, general correspondence, research
- Good communication skills & with a typing speed of 30 WPM
- Notice period- Immediate to 10 Days
- Fresher with good Communication, Degree completed candidates, with Provisional certificates
