Role & responsibilities

  • Customer acquisition through various selling techniques
  • Contact potential clients to understand their requirements and sell the advantages of our Banks products
  • Interactions with customers, processing of customer needs. To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary.


Detailed Responsibilities


  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Visiting potential customers for new business.
  • Conducting promotional activities to generate customer information and follow up on such leads
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Cross selling of various Banking Products
