Role & responsibilities
- Customer acquisition through various selling techniques
- Contact potential clients to understand their requirements and sell the advantages of our Banks products
- Interactions with customers, processing of customer needs. To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Visiting potential customers for new business.
- Conducting promotional activities to generate customer information and follow up on such leads
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Cross selling of various Banking Products
