About the role

• We are looking for an Intern to work for various regions across the country.
• This role involves sourcing & screening profiles through various job portals, emp references, etc.
• Coordinating with the hiring managers, scheduling interviews and keeping track of all the profiles.
• Working on salary negotiation & the offer letter process
• Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mind set.
• Ultimately you will have ensure your region of responsibility meets and exceeds the hiring expectations and contributes to our company's success in the long run.

Desired Candidate

• Graduate/Post Graduate available for full time (in-office) internship
• Can start the internship immediately
• Is available for duration of 3 months
• Have good communication skills in English (and/or Tamil, Telugu, Kannada)
• Aligned for work from office (Chennai Head Office), 5 days working Monday to Friday
• Should be open to work on Saturdays and Sundays from home basis business requirement.
