Job Description
- Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Warmly welcoming visitors and clients as they enter the office premises.
- Answering and Directing Calls: Managing a multi-line telephone system, answering incoming calls.
- Handling Inquiries: Addressing general inquiries about the EBC products or services, and providing necessary information to callers or visitors.
- Maintaining Reception Area: Ensuring the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Providing Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents as needed.
- Customer Service: Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills when dealing with visitors, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Communication: Keeping the team informed about visitors, deliveries, and other relevant information.
- Selling Skills: Managing retail sales and meeting sales targets.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in using office equipment, such as computers, printers and basic software applications like word processing and email.
