Role & responsibilities

Making a successful lesson plan

Tutors must be quick to adapt to students need and build rapport with students, and maintain high energy and enthusiasm while teaching

Following up with the parents after each lesson to assess each child's growth and provide feedback to Team members

Relationship-building with parents

Conduct an assessment of students' Grammar and Speaking proficiency and provide feedback on how to help them improve on weekly basis

Be energetic, smile and pleasing personality

Must be ready to handle group classes and gives special sessions to delayed learners and brings outstanding progress

Capture students' level and make sure students make progress after each lesson

Update assessments and studying evaluations after every class

Preferred candidate profile

Friendly, Creative and Charismatic

Someone who loves kids and care to make a difference through teaching

Passionate about teaching and willing to go the extra mile

Have an open mind and willingness to learn

Delivering fun and engaging online English lessons to kids age 4 to 14 years old

Qualification and other requirements :

Degree in any discipline with excellent communication skills

Friendly, Professional and Proficient in English

4Must have a laptop with stable internet connection

Can handle YOUNG LEARNERS is highly preferred

Curriculum will be provided and teaching material has to be prepared by tutors

Working days : Monday to Saturday

5-6 Hours per day
