UX Designer

Job Description

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in UX design and a passion for creating seamless and engaging user interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create user-centered designs for our digital products.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate and iterate on design concepts.
• Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide guidance throughout the development process.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design, and apply them to enhance our products.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and the impact of your work.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and creating personas..
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their impact on UX design is a plus.
• A great design portfolio that demonstrates creative design thinking and a deep understanding of latest UI trends and practices
