Job description : - Telecaller

Timing:- 8 AM to 10 PM ( Any 9 Hrs Rotational shift).

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Doing Outbound calls to customers and capture important details in the system

2. Document accurately

3. Meet the basic targets with high fatal error accuracy and overall Accuracy

4. Do Outbound calls to patients and attending to their queries and helping them take consultations with Ayurveda doctors

5. Convert leads into appointments.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Good verbal and written Communication Skills (Hindi, Basic English & No MTI Issue)
  • Good in customer dealing (Know about Customer Service, Online Shopping Portals)
  • Knowledge of Computer, Basic Typing
  • Good Interpersonal Skills (Positive attitude, Negotiation Skills)
  • Sales driven (Know basic selling skills on call)
  • Listening skills
  • Awareness about Social Media Awareness & digital payments platforms.
  • Experience 0 to 1 year
  • Qualification 12th pass or any graduate(Under graduate from regular college not eligible)
