Qualification: Any IT Graduate

Preference will be given to candidates with CCNA /MCSE / JCHNE. Knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting will be desirable but not mandatory.

Experience: 0-2 Yrs.

CTC: 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 PA

Job Description


  • Provide Technical Support to our esteemed Customers over the call / email or chat. Help them to commission newly purchased products or troubleshoot their current products.

Required Skill Set


  • Knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, Switch, Hub, Router, Routing Protocols, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Email server, POP3, SMTP, FTP, NAS, DDNS, P2P.
  • Knowledge of LAN and WAN.
  • Experience on CCTV and related products will be an added advantage for the candidate.
  • CCNA | MCSE (Desirable).
  • Candidates with Excellent Communication Skills and Neutral Accent.
