Job Description
- Provide Technical Support to our esteemed Customers over the call / email or chat. Help them to commission newly purchased products or troubleshoot their current products.
Required Skill Set
- Knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, Switch, Hub, Router, Routing Protocols, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Email server, POP3, SMTP, FTP, NAS, DDNS, P2P.
- Knowledge of LAN and WAN.
- Experience on CCTV and related products will be an added advantage for the candidate.
- CCNA | MCSE (Desirable).
- Candidates with Excellent Communication Skills and Neutral Accent.
