Technical and Professional Requirements

• Adobe XD, Wire framing, Figma

Preferred Skills

• Advanced skills with Adobe XD, Figma or similar tools
• A detailed driven and user goal driven contributor with a user-centric and solutions-driven mindset. Open to that works in collaborative environments
• Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, information architecture, and design
• Closely collaborate with Business Teams throughout implementation.
• Proactively manages own work queue, time, and expectations.
• Have thorough understanding of wireframes and design thinking aspects.
• Translate business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
• Design solutions and patterns, across multiple form factors (such as desktop, tablets, and mobile devices)

Educational Requirements

• Between 5-10 years of relevant work experience. Masters or Bachelors in UX/Design or any bachelor course with UX certification from HFI/IIT-IDC
