Sr. QA/QC Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Shall work as owners engineer at site to look after QA QC of all ongoing activities at High-rise residential building project sites.

Adherence and implementation of Clients Quality management system, approved methodology,approved drawings,Inspection and test plan, approved project quality plan ,standard operating procedures work instructions and checklist .

Ensure implementation and continuous improvement in overall quality management system, quality management procedure , quality manual and related procedures for project site.

Ensure and coordinate adequate training to staff and PEP talks to workmen

Prepare statistical data which will show project quality trends for corrective preventive actions and review meeting

Ensure that all non-conformance issues are promptly investigated corrective and preventive actions are proposed / implemented and are closed within the stipulated time.

Inspection of all the incoming materials.

Ensure zero snags and product quality

Preferred candidate profile

Min B E Civil (8 years of exp)

Experience in MIVAN technology is must

Should be well versed in report preparation (PPT, Word) which should include graphical presentation of the information related to site quality issues
