Instructional Design and Development (90%)
Perform learning needs analysis and assessment
Develop and edit online learning material and content
Develop and design online material and assessment tools
Applies systematic processes to ensure consistency in the outcomes of learning experiences
Graphic design and development
Courseware authoring
Oversee implementation of online learning programs
Train the trainer on learning materials as necessary
Maintain currency in the field of online learning
Research, Development, and Innovation (10%)
Understand the current and future trends in instructional technology and instructional design to ensure the organization is producing the most cutting-edge learning solutions
Experience & Educational Requirements
Advanced Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Education
OR
5+ years in Training, Technical Support, or Technical Documentation
5+ years in a corporate learning environment
3+ years leveraging instructional development technology (e.g. HTML 5, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, WalkMe, and various video editing software)
3+ years with Learning Management Systems
