Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms, with a focus on Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. The Social Media Manager will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness.

Role & responsibilities

• Strategy Development:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Identify target audiences and create content that appeals to and engages them on Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.

• Content Creation:

Create visually appealing, engaging and compelling content for Instagram, Twitter threads, and Pinterest.

Coordinate with the design team to develop graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.

• Community Engagement:

Monitor social media channels for industry trends and conversations.

Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community around our brand.

• Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.

Provide regular reports on key metrics, social media trends, and campaign effectiveness.

• Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand our reach.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
