Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with the companys marketing objectives, focusing on increasing organic traffic, search rankings, and conversion rates.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and industry trends assessment to inform strategy development.
• Optimize website content, structure, and technical elements for search engine friendliness.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and feedback to drive individual and team growth.
• Assign tasks, set performance targets, and monitor progress to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning

Requirements

• BTech, Bachelors in IT/Engineering
• Proven track record of at least minimum 3 years in SEO strategy development and implementation, with 1 year of team leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytic, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and others.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with various departments.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website development processes.
• Certifications such as Google Analytic and Google Ads are preferred.
