Job Description

This role is multi-functional in nature with a combination of technical sales, customer training and customer support. The technical sales role requires the candidate to be a customer champion and help customer to derive intelligence from the data. The customer support role requires the candidate to be a product champion and help customer resolve any first and second level product related issues.

S/he should also help build a knowledgebase for customers.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate our product suite with ease and be able to represent ClearTrail in International Trade Shows.

The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be able to communicate effectively with customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create user stories that exhaustively capture the business requirements that are easy to understand by the development team. Working with technology team to create the solution (form designs, workflow design, dashboard designs etc.) and then presenting the solution to the customers and proposing the solution.

  • Own and drive relationships with potential customers from demonstration to converting them into a customer.

  • Help customers use the product effectively to gain maximum value from the product

  • Diagnose customer reported problems or configuration issues and recommend possible solutions

  • Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos and other functional specifications.

  • Help marketing and sales teams to prepare case studies, customer presentations, etc.

  • This role requires travelling within the country and internationally for about 20% of the time

Skills Required:

Must have:

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

  • Experience in BI tools like Power BI, SAP BI, Clear Analytics, Qlikview, IBM Cognos, Oracle BI, Tableau etc.

  • Experience in analysing Data and representing the same in dashboards for easy interpretation

  • Knowledge of working with Databases and writing SQL queries.

Good to have:

  • Experience of working with Big Data Technologies

  • Knowledge of working with REST/SOAP APIs

  • Analysing data/working with end users for objectives such as identifying anomalies in Data, Frauds in financial transactions etc.

  • Knowledge of Networking TCP/IP Stack

  • Experience of working with at-least one scripting language such as Python, PERL, Shell, etc.

  • Experience in System Administration Server and Desktop OS (Windows, Linux)

  • Hands on Knowledge of using Machine Learning Algorithm such as

  • Time Series Forecasting

  • Linear regression

  • Logistic Regression
