Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Input data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
  2. Update and maintain existing data, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  3. Verify and correct data where necessary to ensure data integrity.
  4. Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries.
  5. Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and data.
  6. Report any data inconsistencies or errors to the supervisor.
  7. Retrieve data from the database as requested.
  8. Respond to information requests and provide data reports as required.
  9. Coordinate with team members to ensure data accuracy.
  10. Should be able to attend other works in case of emergency, based on dept requirement.


  1. Typing speed and accuracy.
  2. Strong attention to detail.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge would be an added advantage, if not we can provide training.
  4. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  5. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  6. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Knowledge of data management procedures.
