Job Description

Your job as Sales Executive is:

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store
• Ensuring the store personnel provide exceptional customer service
• Maximising sales through effective communication
• Dealing with customer queries and concerns
• Maximising profitability and meeting sales target
• Exhibiting a professional approach to handling internal/external Customers
• Being aware of the changing market dynamics and keeping updated on all the industry-related developments
• Coordinating with the warehouse teams for ensuring a smooth supply chain process
• Focusing on Customer Relationship
• Reporting to Store Manager

Requirements:

• Experience min 1+ years in any retail industry
• Great interpersonal skills and customer service
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Possess a strong understanding of the market we are operating in
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to write clear, detailed reports
• Initiative to identify new markets and unravel customer needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
