Job profile - Refreshment Officer(sales Executive)

Job location - central mumbai, Vasai , virar, surat , pune , delhi

Experience - 0.6 to 1 years

Qualification - 12 th pass or Graduate

Age - less then 40 years

Job Responsibility

• Attend daily gate meetings with reporting supervisor/ manager
• Mark attendance/ apply for leave on company's SFA app
• Carry product samples, product catalogue and price list at all times
• Follow the approved Permanent Journey Plan (PJP)
• Visit, create and maintain sales at a minimum of 240 retail outlets and/ or 6 on field working days in a week
• Ensure product availability at retail outlets
• Identify new retail outlets and build sales
• Sell new/ focus products to retail outlets
• Achieve the retail secondary sales target assigned to earn incentives
• Answer customers' questions/ complaints about specific products/services
• Implement trade promotion scheme at retail outlet
• Ensure visicooler and shelves are fully stocked
• Install and maintain company assets (visicooler, shop board, etc.) and POSM (stickers, hangers, danglers, banners, etc.) at retail outlets to build brand awareness
• Conduct canopy sampling as per monthly activity plan and promote product trials
• Update competitor's sales & marketing activities to your reporting supervisor/ manager
• Share daily sales report with reporting supervisor/ manager at day end
• Share daily sales order report with mapped distributor
• Coordinate with distributor to ensure delivery of previous day's orders and update order fulfilment on SFA app
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
