Job Description

Pharma Impex Laboratories requires Purchase Executive for its corporate office at Kolkata.

Eligibility Criteria:

Pharma Finished goods Procurement Experience is must

Strategic Sourcing Experience is must in finished goods.

Regulated market & Domestic market Experience

Any UG / PG Degree

Communication should be excellent.

Salary range: 25k to 30k P.M.

(Depending upon the Interview and skills)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Pharma Finished goods Procurement ( majorly in tablets / capsule / injectables)

2. Developing new vendors

3. Negotiations skills

4. Follow up with vendors Orders

5. Raising Purchase orders

6. Sourcing the new products

7. Strategic Sourcing

8. Regulated market & Domestic market Experience

9. Coordinate With Inhouse Production Plant

10. To analyse stock position and placing orders with vendors keeping in mind the lead time.

11. To have a thorough understating of domestic regulatory requirements.

12. Preparation of GRN and clearing of Invoices
