We are hiring for Production Executive at Brownwall Food Products Pvt. Ltd, Saki-Vihar Road, Andheri [ East ], Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects, develop research programs to improve existing products and investigate the potential of new products.
• Evaluate new technologies and perform validations of the same
• Transfer new technologies, determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
• Collaborate with the operations team and provide technical support to identify process gaps, perform effective RCA and implement solutions.
• Responsible for escalating NPD and optimizing processes from laboratory scale to commercial scale using Lean Six Sigma methodology for cost savings /quality management /process intensification
• Preparation of engineering documents such as P&ID, IPDS, Interlocks, Utility Summary etc.
• Conduct studies to identify and analyze the market potential of new products in consultation with third parties
• Lead third party collaboration projects related to new products and existing products
• Responsible for the design and commissioning of new equipment
• Regulating test procedures to evaluate raw materials, intermediate and final products.
• Estimate and ensure successful implementation of capex within deadline for commercial scale processes.
• Integrate data, document and record data in accordance with stage gate approach.
