Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our clinical research team. This role involves overseeing the pharmaceutical aspects of BA/BE studies and clinical trials, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Study Coordination: Collaborate with the clinical research team to manage and coordinate BA/BE studies and clinical trials.
• Medication Management: Ensure the proper storage, handling, and dispensing of study medications in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks on study medications and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with protocols.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study medications, including inventory, dispensing logs, and adverse event reports.
• Participant Interaction: Provide information and support to study participants regarding study medications and protocols.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with investigators, study coordinators, and other clinical staff to ensure seamless study operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or M.Pharm).
• Experience: Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in a clinical research setting, preferably with BA/BE studies and clinical trials.
• PCI Registration mandatory

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, clinical research protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical research software.
