Role & responsibilities
- Assist in Network Device Installations/ Monitor staging and installations.
- Provide notification of any material installation impacts or issues to Company (ex. missing circuit connectivity, demarcations not extended).
- Support Associates with any issues challenges.
- Support training and floor support for Associates
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills. Candidate needs to be able to articulate properly
- Good knowledge of Cisco or Juniper devices experience and network knowledge in managing LAN/WAN
- Knowledge of telecoms, data and transport networks
- Min. 2 year experience in telecommunications discipline
- Basic Knowledge of Network Managements Systems
- Network skills LAN knowledge
- Troubleshooting Experience
