Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible to address and resolve Customer and Commercial queries, request and
- complaints.
- Providing amazing customer service by attending incoming calls from existing customers.
- Answering any questions they have or resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Figure out best ways to ensure that customer are happy with the services.

- Good English communication skills
- Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong Customer centric service attitude.
