Axis Bank(Off Roll) is hiring for sales Professionals ,Sales Officer, Relationship Officer, Field Sales. Excellent Opportunity for candidates who wish to earn huge amount of incentives apart from fixed salary PF, ESIC and other benefits.

A candidate will be responsible for selling AXIS BANK-Secured and Unsecured loans also Credit Cards . visiting market for lead generation, on-boarding new customers and explain the product benefits and convince them to purchase it. Also, ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention.

Qualification - 12th Pass & Graduate(Any Stream)

Salary in CTC up to: - 12,000/- to 40,000/- & No Bar in salary for experienced candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Demonstrating/Presenting /Introducing/Selling banking products.
• New Lead generation & follow-up on leads given, maintain record of sales leads.
• Willing to travel and convince customer to purchase loan in any retail vertical.
• Good customer approach.
• Generating lead and can get the closures completed.
• Travelling throughout the Rural & Urban area visiting the customer.
• Completing customers loan proposal & submitting to Bank.
• Processing of all customer files, maintaining records & reports.
• Maintaining relationship with customers in pre- sales and post sales

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good customer approach.
• Knowledge of local customers and target businesses
• Age between 18 - 35 years.
• Graduate
• Experience in Sales field is an added advantage.
• 2-wheeler preferable
