We are Hiring Trainer for HCC Medical Coding

Location: Chennai

Work Type: WFO

Experience: 5 years to 8 years

Required Key Skills:

• Should possess good communication skills, sound knowledge in Anatomy & coding guidelines.
• Current experience in HCC specialty (MRA & CRA accounts).
• Well versed in creating training contents, exposure to excel, PPT work
• Flexible to work in different shift timing.
• Exposure in handling training batches of Fresher/ OJT/ Audit feedback/Refresher session
• The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in managing 10 batches of freshers and be proficient in CPC. They should demonstrate the ability to deliver a 100% success rate by the end of each training session.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility will be training and observation of trainees with respect to their performance against established training objectives and recommendation of additional skill requirements as needed.
• Train new, entry-level employees (Fresher-Coders)
• Identify training gaps in the team and develop a plan with the Training Manager for retraining sessions. Will be responsible for successful implementation of retraining sessions.
• Develop and update HCC Coding Training content and material.
• Assist in developing general training instructions, checklists, and audio-visual aids. Responsible for creating required training modules.
• Conduct & assist in certifications trainings (CPC)
• Perform all training activities in compliance with all company and US healthcare & federal regulations.
• Maintain files of training materials. Maintain organized log(s) of all training conducted.
• During non-training or non-production periods the trainer would be involved in conducting Refresher trainings for Coders, preparation of training manuals, understanding & learning the process specificities of the various coding projects.
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through Training need analysis (TNA feedback).
• Amending and revising Coding training programs as necessary based on industry updates and client mandates.
• Responsibilities include conducting training sessions for lateral entries in alignment with project needs.
