Job Description
Role & responsibilities
*Oversee installation, operation and maintenance of machines and equipment to ensure that they are functioning according to specifications.
*Review the design and specifications for products, systems, equipment and processes for all projects and ensure that they are as per the engineering designs and requirements.
*Review blueprints, technical drawings, schematics etc. for project execution and guide the site teams in implementation and execution of the same on the ground.
*Support 2D and 3D AutoCAD from concept layout design, component modeling, assembly, design for manufacturing, development of drawings, BOM and optimization Support Engineering Design Documentation.
*Guide the development and implementation of operating procedures for mechanical aspects for the project.
*Ensure that maintenance and safety procedures, service schedules etc are in place and monitor adherence of the site teams to the same.
*Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
Preferred candidate profile
*Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
*Knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements related to mechanical engineering.
