Marketing Manager - Railway Segment - Electrification Product - Control & Relay Panel - SCADA for Traction Installation

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts within the railway segment, specifically focusing on electrification products such as Control & Relay Panels and SCADA systems for Traction Installations.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders, including India Railways zonal offices, EPC Contractors, and Metrorail authorities, to promote our products and understand upcoming projects and EPC contracts.

This role involves extensive travel across India to meet with Indian Railway zonal offices and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Identify opportunities and challenges within the railway segment, with a focus on electrification products,Control & Relay Panels, and SCADA systems for Traction Installations.
2. Product Positioning and Messaging: strategies for electrification products, Control & Relay Panels, and SCADA systems targeted at India Railways zonal offices, EPC Contractors, and Metrorail authorities.
3. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
4. Receivables Management:
5. Sales Support and Collaboration:
6. Industry Networking and Representation: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and seminars related to the railway sector in India.
7. Travel and Stakeholder Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings, site visits, and consultations to understand upcoming projects, EPC contracts, and procurement requirements.

1. Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
• Proven track record with min 5 8 year experience in the Indian Railways ecosystem with expertise in promoting electrification products, Control & Relay Panels, and SCADA systems.
• In-depth knowledge of the Indian railway industry, including regulatory frameworks, procurement processes, and key stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India for business meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and results-oriented approach to marketing and business development.
• Knowledge of English, Hindi & regional languages is a must.
• Excellent verbal - written communication & interpersonal skills.
