Roles and Responsibilities
1. Organize and Implement Quality assurance programme in the factory to ensure consistent quality products meeting quality policy of the company.
2. Implement & monitor a programme of assessment reviews and audits of the quality to ensure its continuing adherence to management objectives.
3. Providing training in order to meet improved requirements ordered by clients.
4. Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessities of production personnel.
5. To conduct regular performance reviews for direct reports for effective management.
