Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Planning and execution of work as per design plan & and drawing.
• Preparation of daily and monthly reports on work progress (Key Performance Indicator) & and evaluating work as per the planned schedules.
• Maintaining quality standards for all structural works.
• Preparation of bar bending schedule, Subcontractor bills, etc.
• Supervision of work to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality, and safety.
• Study of the related documents such as drawings, plans, etc.
• Attending client meetings regarding the status/progress of work.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Checking the quality of RCC Works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls slabs, etc.
• General and technical Site supervision of civil works.
• Plan and execute civil works Construction in coordination with the Civil Contractor and as per the availability of resources.
• Ensuring all site personnel for quality workmanship in accordance with plans and client needs and fulfilling the requirements
• Inspecting project sites to monitor progress and ensure design specifications as standards are being met.
• Overall monitoring and planning of the project on a day-to-day basis
• Coordination with various departments for timely inputs to fulfill project reports.
• Ensuring material delivery on time as per the project schedule and preparing purchase requisitions with the store department.
• Day-to-day management of the Site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

Desired Candidate Profile

We have an opening for a Civil Site Engineer

Qualification: Diploma or BE/B.Tech- Civil

Industry: Oil &gas, Petrochemical Plant, Any Construction Project.

Experience: Diploma:- Min 5 years, B.tech:- Min 5 to 15 Years

* Should have experience in Oil and Gas EPC/Refinery and petrochemical construction projects.

Locations: Assam (Near Guwahati), Panipat, Vadodara
