Role & responsibilities
- Talent Acquisitions Non-IT & IT staff hired, manage recruitment & selection process, verification, and documentation process
- Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision
- Managing HR records including, rsums, applicant logs, and employee & employer forms/documents, leave records, employee.
- Employee orientations & Induction.
- Employee Engagement Activity
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Managing the Statutory compliance like PF & ESIC
- Analysis of HR and other department with manpower requisition.
- Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counselling employees and supervisors.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Other roles & responsibilities as and when given by the reporting manager.
Preferred candidate profile
- Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- MBA HR / B.com / BBA / BBM preferrable.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving and grievance handling of employees
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
