- Talent acquisition.
- Training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements.
- Candidate should know Email Drafting , Recruitment (Non IT), screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, volume hiring, Joining formalities, Administration activities, Leave management, Attendance , Induction programe etc.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and Statutory Compliances.
- Required to visit the sites regularly
- Candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Required to visit to sites
