NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a BPO Insurance Operations Associate to join our team in Chennai. This is completely a remote working, day shift role.

In this Role you will be Responsible For:

Medical Coding with multi specialty and denial management. CPC/CPT Certification mandate.

1. Review denial claims - coding related procedures

2. Cross validating medical records submitted by providers on claims

3. Comparing updated / alternate codes submitted by providers using CMS updates

Preferences: -

• Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client.
• Any Graduate with English as a compulsory subject
