We are recruiting Hindi Speaking candidates along with English for a leading Multi- National Bank, below are the Roles and Responsibilities.
Freshers can also apply, salary will be 17K NTH per month. We prefer candidates from B.com stream who are familiar and are interested to work and build their career in BFSI Industry however candidates from other streams also can apply.
Customer Support Executive- Voice Process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Primary responsibility is to increase the revenue of Bank, Customer Support executive will address the concerns if any raised by the customer and assist them to resolve it over phone..
* Explaining the various features of the products and services they have purchased.
* Pitching the products and services of Bank to potential customer over a call and generate business for the Bank.
Requirement:
* Excellent Communication
* Graduation mandatory
* 6 Days working/Rotational Week Off
* Day Shift 10 AM to 7 PM and Rotational Basis
* Fresher and experienced candidates both can Apply
* Language - Hindi Mandatory with English Communication
* Location - Ambattur- Ambit IT Park
