Job Description-
1. Timely closures of inward shipments (GRN) over system & physical binning. Daily recording & controlling TAT.
2. Timely closures of outward shipments (Production requirements) over system & physical handover as per FIFO.
3. Monitoring of daily TOC and smooth flow of material to manufacturing.
4. Continuously working on improving speed & quality of inventory transactions to maximize employee productivity & TAT.
5. Coordination with CFT to resolve issues raised during execution of transactions.
6. Ensuring Work load management based on variabilities with Inward & outward transactions to ensure timely closures. At the same time, maintain continuous improvement in fixed and operational costs.
7. Data recording, monitoring & analyzing to identify hinderances & evaluating right solutions to fill the gaps
8. Benchmarking & introducing suitable good practices used in Industry to optimize and improvise the performance & capacity of over all systems.
9. Improvising & Establishing the SOPs for each and every activity with identified KPIs and monitoring systems.
10. Improvising storage infrastructure to enhance storage capacity through scientific methodology & innovative approach.
11. Complete Inventory Management to strengthen and accelerate throughput by maintaining a high service level. Conducting periodic inventory checks to ensure inventory accuracy & correction modes.
12. Process automation & deployment of digital tools for operational excellence & matrix management
13. Ensure 100% implementation of digital initiatives of supplier ASN & QR coding for end to end transaction. Coordinating with suppliers, CFTs and resolving there issues on day to day basis
14. Ensuring FIFO and PHR implementation
15. People development through levers like skill mapping, Job rotations & Trainings.
16. Implement corporate initiatives viz. brighter living, employee engagement, CII business excellence, Kaizen, 5-S etc.
17. Maintain store MIS & create digital dash boards and data recoding matrixes.
