Job Description

We are hiring for Financial Analyst role.

The ISO contract review team supports our Wholesale/Retail ISO and FSP business. A financial analyst on this team performs annual billing audits on our ISO/FSP clients to ensure we are billing them in accordance with their contract. The analyst also assesses whether clients have met their annual minimum requirements and calculates variances, if needed. In addition, the analyst sends their findings with documentation directly to clients and addresses any client questions, either directly communicating with the client, or working through our internal Client Business Executive team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Gather contract review documents which includes external documents such as core agreements, amendments. etc., as well as internal documents.
• Determine Client Status
• Identify Contract Specifics- Identify what the clients processing review period is, what the annual/ monthly minimum fee requirement is, determine client hierarchy and ascertain contract data structure to begin the review for each platform.
• Calculate Fixed Rate Adjustments, Rebate, Volume Sensitive Grid True-Ups.
• Complete Minimum Fee Calculations and/or other annual terms of the agreement-
• Calculate what the annual minimum target for the following processing year review period will be.
• Identify the Net Amount and Assemble Document Package, prepare final documents as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Bachelors degree/MBA Finance.
• Proficiency in MS-Office
• Should possess strong understanding, capability and skillsets in Contract Reviews/Audit, Billing controls and compliance reviews.
• Experience in Contract Reviews, billing Analysis, risk mitigation and business process reviews.
• Good client interfacing and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
