HR Role –
- Onboarding of new employees, updating their information on school software.
- Making attendance sheet in every month and maintaining the leave records of all the employees
- Making Job Descriptions and Posting about the latest requirement on various social media platforms and job portals
- Resolving queries of employees regarding their leave status, PF and others
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Expected to have good verbal and written communication skiils.
Social Media Management –
- Maintaining School Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube accounts
- Designing and writing content for Social Media Posts
- Identify special dates in the month and ideate new ways to promote DPS Lava in-line with those dates.
- Putting regular activities at the school on social media platforms.
- Should have knowledge about google ads and Facebook ads. Designing them according to the best output for the school, should help in increasing the number of admissions
PA to Principal and Admission Counsellor –
- Closely working with the school Principal and delivering all the work that has been assigned.
- Attending calls from parents and resolving their queries about the admission process.
- Attending calls from existing parents on a regular basis.
- Handling Admission process from beginning to end, make sure all the material required during the admission procedure is provided to each department in the school
