Engineer - Tool room ( Mould Design )
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for new mold design/modification/correction/breakdown (3D/2D).
- Responsible for reverse engineering & analysis of what went wrong in mold.
- Responsible for internal customer query handling related to any product related issue.
- Responsible for monitoring arecordinging manufacturing process respite to deliver.
- Responsible for daily/weekly work planning for tool design.
- Responsible for cross checkinf existing parts before start design.
- Responsible for generating new iinnovationsative in design.
- RFQ hit rate improvement.
- Tool Development Schedule.
- Understand Customer specific requirements.
- PPAP requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3-6 years of work experience in the same feild.
