Desired Candidate Profile
1. BE/B.Tech, Civil or NICMAR with 15+ Years of experience in Design coordination, review and recommendation for high rise residential buildings (45+ floors) in luxury segment.
2. Should have completed at least one residential project 45 floors or above from starting to finishing.
3. Working location would be Hyderabad.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop design delivery plan.
2. Establish Process to drive and deliver efficient design.
3. Establish design parameters / Metrics / Checklists for all streams and all phases of design
4. Drive & Coordinate with all the stake holders /Consultants for the project design deliverables and timely design closure.
5. Has the expertise to review the design and share the recommendation to client for design sign-off at each stage.
6. Evaluate various design options for value engineering and share the recommendation.
Software Skills
1. Good at Auto-cad
2. MS office
3. Proficient in office tools for report generation, comparatives and presentation.
