We have an Urgent Requirement of Data Analyst for a Leading Luxury Hair Care Company Based in Bandra, Mumbai.

• Qualification : BCA/MCA | BE/BTech | Advanced Degree in Statistics/Mathematics | Computer Science, Engineering | Technical certifications in SAS, SQL preferred

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE PYTHON | SQL & POWER BI KNOWLEDGE.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
• Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems
• Developing and maintaining databases, data systems reorganizing data in a readable format
• Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
• Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems
• Using statistical tools to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
• Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
• Analysing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trend.
• Uploading Data - Requires strong excel skills for handling files of various sizes and formats. Should have good understanding of data for cleaning large raw data files.
• Querying Data - Should have basic SQL understanding in order to carry out queries and extract data based on requirements. Must have good logical skills and must have basic knowledge on SQL query syntax.
• Creating Strategies - Should have strong understanding of the data & database in order to analyse ad create data strategies based on discussions with client
• Reporting Front-end and Back-end issues.
• Getting involved in Client discussion - Understanding client's business to make best use of available data
• Day to Day Tools - Microsoft Excel- Expert, PowerBi, Tableau, Python.

REQUIREMENT:

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English
• Degree and Domain Expertise.
• Knowledge of Programming.
• Knowledge of Data Analysis Tools.
• Understanding of Statistics and Machine Learning Algorithms.
• Knowledge of Data Visualization Tools.
• Experience in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
• Experience in analyzing Data and representing the same in dashboards for easy interpretation
• Knowledge of working with Databases and writing SQL queries.

• Should be good at analyzing data and Data Mining
• Strong understanding of Data and Database.
• Works with minimal direction on strategic and technical issues
• Able to handle tough situations independently
