Job Description

Muthoot Homefin is hiring for Credit Manager from Home Loan Industry.

Location :-

• Delhi/NCR - Bahadurgarh, Sonipat, Bhiwani.
• Punjab Chandigarh & Haryana : Jalandhar, Moga, Sahranpur, Sirsa, Hisar ,Chandigarh, Rewari.Sriganganagar.
• Uttar Pradesh/UK : Mathura, Dehradun, Haridwar, Bareilly, Bhadaui, Ghatampur, Gorakhpur Kannuaj, Kanpur,Kaushambi, Meerut, Moradabad,Unnao.
• Gujarat: Bhavnagar, Morbi, Surendranagar, Vapi
• Madhya Pradesh : Chattarpur, Chindwara, Jabalpur, Khargone.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing the overall Credit Underwriting / Loan Sanction of Home Loan proposals which includes Scrutinising / verification of all documents (Income, KYC), Conducting PD and Recommending the cases for final approval.
• Rejection of non-doable cases with appropriate reasons.
• Managing the Sanctions /Decision of the cases within defined TAT with complete adherence to Policy & Process.
• MIS & Reporting for all cases logged-in
• Audit/Quality Audit Handling.
• Coordination with vendors for getting reports on time and as per expected quality.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 5-6 Years, having at least 4 years of experience in Credit Underwriting of Home Loans. Current position can be of Credit Manager/Credit Officer.
