To ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight, whilst providing excellent customer service.

 

Responsibilities

Consistently delivering highest standards of customer service and maintain the standard throughout the flight. Prepare and serve meals and refreshments on flight as per guests’ preferences.

Aware of safety and emergency procedures in case of evacuation, flight diversions, etc. Shall participate actively in crew briefing/debriefings, conducting pre-flight checks, assist in passenger emplaning and deplaning, secure cabin for take-off and landing.

When on flight for the purpose of duty is responsible to ensure passenger safety during an emergency. Ensure passengers are aware of the safety procedures, emergency exit, life jackets, etc. in line with safety guidelines.

Disembark safely at the end of a flight and check that there is no luggage left in the overhead lockers and no stowaways or suspicious items on board. Complete paperwork, including writing a flight report.

Coordinate with external agencies for timely supply of food and beverages and maintaining adequate stock for all the flights. Also, ensuring highest quality of the supplies through proper checks and audits to reduce costs.

Maintaining the cleanliness, refurbishments, and hygiene inside of the aircraft, clearing waste and rearranging passengers' effects in the overhead compartments.

As a cabin crew member in a non-scheduled operation, understanding the complexity and flexibility of working under pressure, teamwork & coordination, confidentiality, and operational requirements of the company.

Undergo annual recurrent training program and health check-up requirements in adherence with regulatory requirements.

 

Qualifications & Experience

The is a fixed term contractual role for two years, applicant must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ cabin crew experience in an International Airline or General Aviation industry or Hotel Management background to provide high standards of customer experience & service on our fleet of aircrafts (i.e., Global 6500, Embraer, Legacy 650, Bombardier, Challenger 605 & Hawker 850).

 

Candidates must have good knowledge of DGCA regulations, (Height between 150 cm - 155 cm tall and fluent in communication. )
