Report any incident occurring at the hospital premises immediately to the reporting manager with the help of standard operating procedures The incumbent will use various tools to make receive calls and ensure that related transactions are processed in a timely manner. The incumbent is also responsible for recording the information in an efficient and accurate manner on the CRM system provided by the company.
