Role & responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Spearhead project coordination efforts by liaising between various departments, stakeholders, and external parties to ensure project objectives are met within deadlines.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
  • Data Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of crucial project-related data, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, workorders, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, to facilitate effective communication and project tracking.
  • Office Admin Management: Oversee general office administration tasks to maintain a smooth workflow and support day-to-day operations.
  • Hiring Coordination: Support recruitment efforts by assisting in candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Management, Bill, and Voucher Management: Efficiently manage cash flow operations, including petty cash funds, while overseeing bill and voucher management in Excel and maintaining Physical file organization for financial records

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools/software.
