Job Description

• As a Specialist in Radiology & Imaging Sciences, you will be a highly skilled medical professional specializing in diagnostic imaging procedures
• Your role involves using various imaging technologies to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures and organs
• You will collaborate with other medical professionals to interpret images, make diagnoses, and contribute to patient care and treatment plans
• Your expertise in radiology will play a vital role in supporting accurate diagnoses and improving patient outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnostic Imaging: Perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and other specialized imaging techniques
• Patient Care: Ensure patients are comfortable and properly positioned during imaging procedures, explaining the process and answering any questions they may have
• Imaging Equipment: Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards
• Image Analysis: Analyze and interpret imaging results to identify and highlight areas of concern or abnormalities
• Radiology Reports: Prepare detailed radiology reports with accurate findings and observations for further evaluation by referring physicians
• Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists, referring physicians, and other medical professionals to discuss imaging findings and contribute to patient diagnosis and treatment planning
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards in imaging processes, ensuring accurate and reliable results
• Patient Safety: Adhere to radiation safety protocols and ensure patient safety during imaging procedures
