- Excellent knowledge of Outlook and all MS Office Applications
- Experience with ORC and Oracle Fusion

Responsibilities:
- Leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, standards and goal attainment
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Employee services and counseling
- HR Policies & Procedures
- Provide support and advice to managers and employees on issues relating to employee engagement
- Ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Implement and managing various HR initiatives
- Conduct employee exit interviews, identify trends and put forward recommendations for company improvement as appropriate
- Manage and coordinate cultural programs including social events and employee awards
Must have:
- University or college degree in HR, Accounting or Business
- A solid working knowledge of and experience in local labor, employment laws and legal resources
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion; you are culturally astute
- A proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
