Responsibilities:


  • Leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, standards and goal attainment
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Employee services and counseling
  • HR Policies & Procedures
  • Provide support and advice to managers and employees on issues relating to employee engagement
  • Ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
  • Assist in internal and external audits
  • Implement and managing various HR initiatives
  • Conduct employee exit interviews, identify trends and put forward recommendations for company improvement as appropriate
  • Manage and coordinate cultural programs including social events and employee awards

Must have:


  • University or college degree in HR, Accounting or Business
  • A solid working knowledge of and experience in local labor, employment laws and legal resources
  • A high degree of professionalism and discretion; you are culturally astute
  • A proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
