Position : Assistant Manager-HR
Eligibility Criteria
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or in a relevant field is required.
- At least 5 to 6 years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have skill in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Roles and Responsibility.
- Support the necessary administrative tasks in the Human Resources department such as staff management, hiring processes & archiving of HR records.
- Address the employees issues, requests, and grievances in a timely manner.
- Manages the background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Drafts, submits, and presents various performance and management reports.
- Supports in new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Assist with Payroll and attendance management.
- Ensuring Statutory compliance by following policies and procedures.
- Collecting payroll inputs, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information in the system.
- Maintaining payroll information and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
