Position : Assistant Manager-HR


Eligibility Criteria


  • Masters/Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or in a relevant field is required.
  • At least 5 to 6 years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have skill in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.


Roles and Responsibility.


  • Support the necessary administrative tasks in the Human Resources department such as staff management, hiring processes & archiving of HR records.
  • Address the employees issues, requests, and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Manages the background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Drafts, submits, and presents various performance and management reports.
  • Supports in new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Assist with Payroll and attendance management.
  • Ensuring Statutory compliance by following policies and procedures.
  • Collecting payroll inputs, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information in the system.
  • Maintaining payroll information and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
